Power Points around Kiama

Kiama has a lot of established homes, many with original wiring and switchboards. That makes a safety check worthwhile before a renovation, and it's often why circuits trip or power points run hot.

Older homes rarely have enough power points, which leads to powerboards and overloaded circuits. Adding proper outlets, including USB points, is a simple safety upgrade.

Being close to the water, salt air is hard on outdoor fittings, so we recommend marine-grade or sealed (IP-rated) fittings outside and check for corrosion in meter boxes and outdoor points.
