How the call-out works
The call-out fee gets Jade to your door and covers finding the fault. Before any repair work starts, you're told what's wrong and what it will cost to fix. You decide; there's no pressure.
When to call straight away
Burning smells, smoke, sparking, a hot switchboard, exposed wires or anything that has had water through it. Switch off at the main switch if it is safe to do so, keep clear, and call.
