Ceiling Fans around Kiama

Kiama has a lot of established homes, many with original wiring and switchboards. That makes a safety check worthwhile before a renovation, and it's often why circuits trip or power points run hot.

Older homes often have higher ceilings or no existing fan wiring, so Jade checks access and support in the ceiling before quoting a fan install.

Salt air near the beach corrodes standard outdoor fittings and switchgear, so outside work in Kiama uses fittings rated for coastal conditions.

What we do

New ceiling fans with new wiring and wall control
Replacing old, wobbly or noisy fans
Fans with lights and remote or wall controls
Outdoor and alfresco fans (salt-air and weather rated)
Bedrooms, living areas, rentals and holiday homes

Coastal tip

Close to the beach, salt air eats cheap outdoor fans. For patios and alfresco areas we'll recommend a fan rated for coastal conditions.
