Data & TV Points around Basin View

Homes in Basin View range from older brick and weatherboard houses to more recent builds. Jade checks the age and condition of the switchboard first, because that decides what's possible and what it will cost.

Data points for home offices, TV points and network cabling are run neatly and tested, whether it's an older house or a recent build.

Homes near the escarpment and bush get their share of storms and fallen branches. If power drops out after a storm, it's worth getting the switchboard and any damaged outdoor wiring checked before resetting things repeatedly.
