New Home Electrical around Fernhill

Fernhill has a lot of established homes, many with original wiring and switchboards. That makes a safety check worthwhile before a renovation, and it's often why circuits trip or power points run hot.

Knock-down rebuilds are common where older homes sit on good blocks. Jade handles the temporary supply, rough-in and fit-off, working to your builder's program.

What we do

Main switchboard, safety switches and circuit layout
Rough-in for power, lighting, data, TV and smoke alarms
Fit-off: power points, switches, downlights, fans and exhaust fans
Kitchen appliance connections: oven, cooktop and rangehood
Air-conditioning circuits and EV charger provisioning
Outdoor lighting, external power and data cabling (Open Cabler registered)

Quoted from your plans

Send through your electrical plan or floor plan and we'll quote the whole job, itemised, so you can see exactly what you're paying for and where you could add or save.
