New Home Electrical around Farmborough Heights
Homes in Farmborough Heights range from older brick and weatherboard houses to more recent builds. Jade checks the age and condition of the switchboard first, because that decides what's possible and what it will cost.
Infill builds and knock-down rebuilds are where new home electrical comes up most here, with rough-in and fit-off run to the builder's program.
Homes near the escarpment and bush get their share of storms and fallen branches. If power drops out after a storm, it's worth getting the switchboard and any damaged outdoor wiring checked before resetting things repeatedly.
