Ceiling Fans around Gerroa

Much of the housing in Gerroa was built decades ago. Older homes like these often still have original switchboards, ceramic fuses or only one or two safety switches, and wiring that was never designed for today's appliances.

Older homes often have higher ceilings or no existing fan wiring, so Jade checks access and support in the ceiling before quoting a fan install.

Being close to the water, salt air is hard on outdoor fittings, so we recommend marine-grade or sealed (IP-rated) fittings outside and check for corrosion in meter boxes and outdoor points.
