Air-conditioner Circuits around Austinmer

Much of the housing in Austinmer was built decades ago. Older homes like these often still have original switchboards, ceramic fuses or only one or two safety switches, and wiring that was never designed for today's appliances.

Older switchboards often have no room for an air-con circuit, so a split system can mean a small switchboard upgrade too. Jade checks this first.

Being close to the water, salt air is hard on outdoor fittings, so we recommend marine-grade or sealed (IP-rated) fittings outside and check for corrosion in meter boxes and outdoor points.
